Labor Day. This morning before 9 a.m. Jennifer and her family departed to return to Beaumont. Everyone trooped up to my room, gave me a hug, said goodbye, and promised to come back real soon. After they were gone, "Miss Kitty" was running around the house looking for the kids, and seemed irritated that they were gone!
It got so chilly in the house this morning that I finally closed my window and had to put a sweater on! And there's even a bit of snow on the top of "Y Mountain"!
